We take great care to ensure every Remez game is produced, packed, and shipped to the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final, except in cases of a clear and significant manufacturing defect, as outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except where there is a verified manufacturing defect that materially affects gameplay.

What Qualifies as a Manufacturing Defect

We will gladly replace your game or the affected components if your order arrives with a major issue, including but not limited to:

Missing cards or required components

Incorrect cards or components included

Significant printing, cutting, or manufacturing errors that interfere with gameplay

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

What Does Not Qualify

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be issued for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Accidental damage or misuse after delivery

Normal wear and tear

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect gameplay

Differences in color, finish, or packaging that fall within normal production variation

How to Report a Defect

If you believe your game has a qualifying defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos showing the defect or missing components

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Approved defect claims will be resolved through a replacement of the defective item or component, not a refund.

Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover all replacement shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all other cases.

Final Sale

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once delivered, except as expressly stated in this policy.
